John Meek joined Bilak & Kramer Capital, Inc in 2012. With more than 5 years of Commercial Real
Estate Finance experience, he is involved in all aspects of financing,
origination, personnel and capital relationships for The Bilak Companies.
John began his career in 2005 with CharterMac Mortgage Capital,
Inc as an analyst assisting in underwriting and deal management. He has since held positions at several
leading commercial real estate financing companies including Credit Suisse
First Boston and Pacific Group Partners, Inc.
John is an originator responsible for financial analysis, business
development and underwriting on commercial real estate properties.
John is a licensed Real Estate Agent. He attended the University of Southern
California, where he holds a Bachelors Degree in Policy, Planning and
Development with a Real Estate Development emphasis. John also enjoys playing golf at a scratch
level.
